How do we Thrive?

Our mission pillars demonstrate Thrive’s commitment and ability to protect and empower our community.

lead.

We have been the trusted source for prevention and treatment for over 35 years, providing essential knowledge and resources to care providers, key leaders and educators in our community.

create awareness.

We educate the community on the risks associated with substance misuse and how to increase protective factors for our youth. Our work addresses root cause and our goal is to eliminate substance misuse through active prevention and awareness campaigns, increasing community awareness and understanding of risks related to addiction and how to prevent it.

educate.

We provide evidence based educational programming that creates a successful path for children to never begin misusing substances. Our award-winning programs give teachers and students critical knowledge about the risks of addictive substances. By teaching about drugs, coping skills, and mental health, we equip educators, children, young adults, and families with tools to navigate life’s challenges.

offer help.

We provide effective, person-centered early intervention and adolescent treatment services, fostering hope and healing. We deliver life-saving interventions and uphold the highest standards of care, combating the stigma that non-profit services lack quality. As the only agency in the area following the latest evidence-based protocols, we are accredited and offer a full continuum of care, continuously measuring and evaluating our program outcomes.

heal.

We are committed to serving our community and sharing the hope, healing, and possibilities that come with recovery from substance use disorders. Approximately 1 in 6 Americans have a substance use disorder, but only 6% will ever access the specialized treatment they need.
