Shelley oversees Thrive’s Indicated, Universal, and Coalition prevention programs. With 19 years in prevention and 2 at Thrive, she has held leadership roles in NJ and FL, including Senior Program Manager of OD2A in Palm Beach County. She holds a Public Health degree with a focus on Community Health Education. Strength: engaging communities and promoting protective factors. Memorable project: hosting a weekend retreat for 100+ NJ youth to develop school action plans. Hobbies: travel. Fun fact: has kids in Los Angeles and London.
