Cat’s “jack of all trades” role involves client interaction during check-ins, drug testing, lab operations, and managing drug testing updates online. She has been with Thrive since late 2023 and brings over 15 years of clerical, data entry, and customer service experience. Thrive is her first experience in a substance misuse prevention, treatment, and testing setting.
