With peer-support experience beginning in 2009 and Florida certification earned in 2024, I’m grateful to bring my skills to Thrive. Colleagues have recognized my reliability, ethical approach, and ability to provide steady, compassionate guidance—affirmations that fuel my commitment to this work.
As a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist and Supervisor of Peer Support, I focus on listening without judgment and helping individuals identify priorities, set realistic goals, and move forward at their own pace. One of my most meaningful career moments has been hearing someone express gratitude for the support that helped them reclaim their voice and navigate challenges—reminders of the impact peer support can have.
Thrive reflects the values I hold close: community, connection, and empowerment. It’s a place where people of all ages can rediscover their authentic selves in a supportive environment grounded in respect and hope.
Originally from a small town in Upstate New York, I’ve always valued close-knit communities and meaningful relationships. Outside of work, I stay energized through family time, gardening, outdoor activities, swimming, and creative projects like wall art. I’m motivated by leading with intention—aligning my actions with my values to create clarity, purpose, and lasting impact.
